• Understanding project scope & deliverable for Electrical. Planning & monitoring the schedule.• Document schedule & activity list preparation. Attending kick of meetings with clients. Preparation of general engineering specifications, ITB, Design basis.• Adhere to project specifications, codes & standards, statutory requirements, ensure safety norms. • Involved in preparation of basic technical documents like key one & single line diagram, consumer list, specifications & datasheets of electrical equipment, design calculations, field detailed engineering etc..• Interdepartmental coordination, connect with other disciplines & envisage their requirements & proactively provide inputs to them to meet schedule.• Quick respond to client’s requirements in positive manner & representing organisation in front of client appropriately.• Handling correspondences with vendor, expediting vendor, involved in technical drawings review.• Adhere to schedule to ensure timely release of deliverable.• Maintain quality of work by following QA work steps, dept. procedures, checklists etc..• To develop domain expertise, knowledge sharing, following lesson learnt from past projects. • Man hour control, Ensure man hour consumption to optimum level, and reduce rework & error free documentation. Control & monitoring over hours consumption versus progress completion.• Manage interface between PM, EM & client, ensure high motivation among people, take a role of mentor. Work allocation & proper guidance to subordinates. • Enhance leadership skills & decision making abilities.
