Currently working in Logistic domain as Business Consultant and is responsible for enhancing current business by analyzing ongoing processes, identify operational gaps and analyze new mechanisms which can be implemented to improve current operations and provide corresponding solutions.Roles and responsibilities include business process mapping, solution designing, data analytics, system support, tool creation, business development, market research and benchmarking, process documentation and implementation for logistics companies around the world.Previously, I had worked as a channel between the project and product development for 1 of the largest E-comm company of India where I was solely responsible for shaping in-house developed WMS software to handle all E-comm required processes along with induction of new process-improvement functionalities to channel out best working methodology of warehouse users and supervisors. This is checked in both system's software and Hand-held terminals (Mobile Interface).I also have wise experience in project implementation as well having 2 successful implementations in Ramco Systems and 1 successful POC resulting in Ramco gaining 1 of India’s largest Retail player.Working in Supply management field provides various enhancement opportunities which solidify aspects like logical thinking, firm decision making, quick and rational judgment and effective management of resources. Warehouse management involves designing, altering, improvising, planning and mapping of all the processes occurring in a warehouse.I am also a traveler who loves to visit new places, explore uncharted territories and love trekking. Apart from this, I also love to read & write as well as excercising.
