Senior Manager QHSE-Security1) Formation & Implementation of QHSE policy in a standardized manner and ensure high level of compliance to standards and ensure safe working conditions.2) Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 28000 (Supply chain security Management System)3) Co-ordination/liasoning with Maharashtra Fire Department for application and receiving of FORM B for the servicing and maintenance of fire equipment’s twice in a year.4) Co-ordination/liasoning with Maharashtra Pollution Control Board for Renewal of CTO, form IV, Form V, Quarterly environment sample testing.5) Preparation of monthly MIS report of QHSE, Emergency Response Plan and annual review of QHSSE SOP’s.6) Co-ordination with procurement department for purchase of PPE’s, Signage’s, firefighting material and other material relate to the HSE.7) Conduct accident/incident Investigation and guide the terminal team in preventive / corrective actions post incidents, taking regular follow up closure of corrective actions and ensuring Zero Incidents working.8) Conducting internal class room training /field training/online training related to HSE topics, Prepare and maintain Training matrix data, Man hour’s data, feedback and training evaluation.9) Prepared and implemented risk assessment of all process.10) Conduct monthly OHSE committee meeting with Terminal Head, HOD’s and representatives from contractors and vendors.11) Conducting monthly fire and safety scenario Mock drill with ERT.12) Preparing annual budget of QHSE and also doing monthly monitoring for the same13) Prepare Security agreement and select Security Officer, Security Supervisor and Security guards.14) Conduct Security related training to Security personnel like Hoax Call, Bomb Threat, Unauthorized Entry, and Mob agitation.15) Co-ordinate with local police for any theft case, mob agitation or strike16) Security Incident investigations of all reported crimes,thefts and unusual incidents.
