Working in RIL, Jamnagar as a Chemical Engineer. Having exposure to handle FCCU (Fluidized Catalytic Cracking . )

Enhanced oil recovery (EOR) is the process of obtaining stranded oil not recovered from an oil reservoir through certain extraction processes. EOR uses methods including thermal recovery, gas injection, chemical injection and low-salinity water flooding.

 To ensure proper working as per GMP & SOP'S. To fulfil all documentation as per GMP's. To prepare daily production plan based on requirement & execute it. Effective utilization of men, material, equipment. To monitor quantity output of production on daily, weekly & monthly basis to take corrective & preventive action to improve it. To update & submit report on daily basis. To train operator, co-worker, for systematic & effective work to achieve required result.  To maintain Solvent movement record in SAP System. To maintain picking activity in SAP online. To update SOP knowledge in SABA Software & TNI training. To control and achieve production targets as per quality norms.

 To control and achieve production targets as per quality norms Handling all the Process related problems individually. To co-ordinate with shift executives / shift supervisors of previous and other areas like Maint. QA, SCM, Utilities etc. for uninterrupted operations. To inform and assist plant management with respect to preventive / breakdown maint. To review work permits and priorities in co-ordination with plant manager and plant engineer. Making material & yield balance of the desired products. To ensure recording / documentation of process parameters. To ensure all environment and safety norms are adhered as per ESHA and legal guidelines. Read the P & I Diagrams. Working on Designing as required.
