Responsible for developing key accounts, defining strategies, cultivate new business contacts and nurture existing clients, make regular and planned jobsite visits. Prepare commercial offers, technical submittals and recommendations to project owners, consultants and contractors. Contribute to sales function process, product range structure and procedure related to sales, through regular sales meeting and briefs. Analyzing bookings and sales data to determine product positioning and pricing in the market. Gathering intelligence on customers and competitors, provide accurate and reliable project feedback to the management. Following up with project schedule, status of delivery, communicating with warehouse and coordinating inspection of material for customers. Finally following up for payments from respective clients.
