I have designing model as per coustmer rquriment. I have good of drafting of 2D drawing. Preparing process stage drawing. I have good knowledge of CNC, VMC, HMC machine operation.

I have good knowledge of QMS documents and Audit point, I handled and worked on IATF16949 five core tool, Such as PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA . Good knowledge of six sigma for coustmer problem solving through DMAIC, 8D, CAPA, Why-Why analysis etc. I have good knowledge of drawing reading and understanding. hand on experience of parts inspection through measuring instruments.(Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Bore gauge, dial reading, digital height gauge) I have good knowledge of GD&T parameter.
