*Statutory Compliance*GST Working - GSTR1, GSTR2, GSTR3B.Compliance under VAT & related accounting work (Vat Audit/ C Forms)Compliance under Excise & Service tax (Monthly Monitoring /Audit with Excise Authorities)Compliance under TDS & related accounting work (Monthly TDS Working/Payment/Issuance TDS Certificates)Handle the Tax, Statutory, and Group audit, & compliance.*Finance & Accounts*Cash – Handling day-to-day cash transactions, Preparation, and Entry of cash vouchers.Bank – Preparation of cheques, data entry, bank reconciliation, Remittance, cash credit a/c enhancement, bank guarantee, etc.Fixed Asset Accounting and Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register with MIS and physical verification.Over all Monitoring on Day to Day Accounting activities.Responsible for Passing Monthly closing entries.Control on Accounts Payable, timely Payments, Suppliers account reconciliation, Advance settlements, etc.Salary Working - Monthly Salary preparing (update Investment Declaration, Form No16, PF & PT- monthly working & Payment).Weekly review of AR/AP outstanding, Collection report with Region, Product & customer wise.Responsible for MIS Report Preparation & Others Reports (BBC). Inter-Company balance confirmation.Review of Inventory positions on a monthly basis with AnalysisPreparations of Financial for Tax Audit and Statuary Audit.
