PROJECT- COST REDUCTION FOR BATTERY CARRIER, SPARE WHEEL CARRIERCustomer - Leyland Trucks, USAContribution- - Commonisation of Battery carrier & Spare wheel carrier.- Study and benchmarking of available competitor machines and Idea generation for cost reduction. - Completed should costing for parts.- Calculating the cost reduction potential, time frame to implement and resources required for execution. Presented cost reduction Ideas to customer. PROJECT- DESIGN OF COMPONENTS FOR FRIGOBLOCK, VERTICAL EXHAUST, ROAD SWEEPER (GANTRY ASSEMBLY)Customer : Leyland Trucks, USA . Contribution -- This project involved design of sheet metal components and assemblies of revolving frame, hood, fuel tank & hydraulic tank related to Crawler Excavator and Shovel. Hose routing for various applications. - Guide a team of 6 members by providing them technical inputs.

PROJECT- AUTOMATIC SLACK ADJUSTER, S-CAM FOUNDATION BRAKE• Modeling, Designing and Detailing of various Component for customers like Ashok Leyland, TATA Motors and Corona bus.• Study Design inputs; create casting model & casting drawing• Deciding of parting lines & extraction of cores with suitable core clearances, drafts as per the foundry requirements.• Create tool modeling & die part modeling, Assembly structure.• Participate in customers meetings to approve tool modeling and assembly modeling.• Participate in manufacturing strategy meeting.• Quality checking and documentations works for the finished models.• Ensure proper drawing and CAD data as per manufacturing considerations.
