Product Head for Solar and Inverters Business • Managing product management of Inverter, battery and Solar with business revenue of 2400 Crs. • Drive new product launches, GM improvement, Product mix through Incentive programs and pricing.• Monitor new product performance, Projected sales, Pricing, Gross Margin, Features and Benchmarking• Prepare ATL & BTL Programs for each region with budget planning. • Interfacing with R&D, Quality, Finance, Project Management teams to get update on new Products.• Managing product from concept note stage to end product along with ownership of inverter portfolio roadmap, innovation, life-cycle management, market share and profitability• Classifying the consumer behavior, competition strategy, market trends in the product category

To assist Director and other Senior management people in building strategy and taking informed business decisions based on research data and internal reports.I am majorly involved in areas of formulating strategy to improve sales, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Modeling, MIS Control and Analysis, Preparing and monitoring AOP, Cash flows and Market Research etc.  Preparing Annual/monthly Operating Plans /Cash flows and monitoring company performance. Analyzing various Reports/information/KPIs and keeping management informed.  Market Research – Analyzing price point and product offering of new/existing projects in the market.  Preparing Pricing sign off for new project launch in Group Housing / Floors / Villas.  Preparing different payment plans like CLP /Down Payment/PLPP/ Subvention/Assured return Scheme and analyzing its financial impact. Analyzing Incentive Schemes to be offered to Channel Partner’s/Employees and its financial impact. Stock Valuations of ongoing and upcoming projects on Current and Future Rates.  Taking care of all customer / Channel partner’s issues which are escalated to Management office. Preparing Operating plans/ Process Notes in order to strengthen systems and process.  Follow ups and coordination with Other Departments as per MOM Points and Management discussions.
