As a firmware developer, I specialize in designing firmware for microcontroller-based smart instrument clusters used in automotive applications. My work focuses on 5-inch and 7-inch touch and non-touch clusters that seamlessly display data from CAN protocol, one-wire protocol, and hard-wire telltales. These clusters feature an RTC for accurate timekeeping and BLE connectivity for displaying GPS turn-by-turn navigation, enhancing user experience with modern, integrated interfaces.I am also a firmware developer with a focus on telematics systems, where I design firmware for devices that integrate seamlessly with vehicle networks. My expertise includes developing firmware to read CAN (Controller Area Network), GPIO (General Purpose Input/Output), and accelerometer data, allowing for comprehensive monitoring of vehicle parameters and movement. In addition to capturing GPS location and timestamp information, I ensure that these devices can securely transmit data via 4G connectivity [MQTT using 4G Modules with 2G fallback option]. My work also involves implementing external flash memory for data logging in FIFO (First In, First Out) format, ensuring reliable and organized data storage.
