CurrentI have represented high-tech companies in complex patent litigation in the International Trade Commission (ITC) and various United States district courts in a variety of technologies, including wireless communications, semiconductor chip packaging, high-resolution liquid crystal display projectors, computer and networking systems, mechanical devices and business methods. I have significant experience in all aspects of litigation and trial processes, including direct and cross examinations of witnesses, conducting complex fact and expert discovery, and arguing at claim construction and summary judgment hearings.In addition to my litigation experience, I assist clients with procuring patents in electronic and computer technologies, including digital and analog circuits, telecommunications systems, computer software and hardware, voice recognition and recordation software, programmable logic circuits, semiconductor devices, artificial intelligence, medical devices, acoustic transducers, business methods and financial products. I have also represented and argued on behalf of clients in inter parties review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.Finally, my practice includes assisting clients with intellectual property asset management, including performing due diligence investigations and analyses in connection with the sale or acquisition of businesses or targeted business assets involving various technologies. Such technologies include video conferencing, renewable energy sources, medical devices, and 2G (CDMA) and 3G (W-CDMA) wireless communication technology.
