My Primary Activities / Responsibilities involved:-- Managing from Creatives to Execution. - Communicating with Clients / Film Directors & design the content (Either for VFX / Events)- Understanding the script & designing the VFX or any type of content based on that, Breakdown of Content / visual effects from the script level- Guiding the Film Production team to Schedule the VFX- shots from a Shooting point of view.- Planning and scheduling of facility resources, Managing the visual effects team and monitoring their work during the post-production process- Estimating special project requirements Like the staff, Infrastructural, software, hardware, etcPost Production:-- Designing the pipeline & Team based on Target.- Hiring & selecting the team based on the creative & technical requirements of projects- Identifying/assigning project heads & Assigning the tasks to Project Heads & Team Leads.Communicating to the client:-- Communicating overall project status on a timely basis to the Director / Executive Producer / Producer of the feature film.Delivery:-Making sure the Quality standards are followed & delivered on time

Responsibilities ⚫ Bringing the Directors vision on paper at the script level ⚫ Helping conceptualized shots with help of Storyboarding / Concept teams, making sure the shots are designed to tell the story in the right way but within budget/scope⚫ Planning the Sequences, breaking them down to give production-level requirements, & making sure it’s followed as per design thought at the Production level. ⚫ Updating any major changes before shoot / during shoot / Post shoot to VFX Producer⚫ Highlighting/raising red flags at the right point of time to the direction/production/Execution teams, regarding the defined VFX scope of work.⚫ Briefing to on-shoot VFX Team about the sequences & Making sure how we need to shoot, required data, plates, camera info & other required info which will be useful to the post team.⚫ Shooting Mo-cab Data Plus coordinating with Action Director for extra action data⚫ Coordinating with Director / Editor / Producer regarding VFX Shots.⚫ Reviewing VFX Shots dailies with VFX Post heads
