Built Embedded Checkout + All Merchant Products. Great ride, high talent density. I led the entire Merchant Protfolio: acquisition, activation, retention & engagement, and expansion with 50+ engineers. Enterprises worked with: Lucky Jeans, Forever 21, Casper etc I began the relationship with several e-commerce platforms(BigC, Adobe, PrestaShop, and Solidus) and e-commerce companies - Klaviyo, and Route along with establishing payment partnerships. This helped 2x Bolts merchant base within 1 month of launch for the first partner and helped realize XXXM in annualized GMV. I built the Merchant Data team that enabled AI uses cases to help Bolt’s merchants and with advanced insights to manage their business. We helped optimize their stack & reduce payment spend by 3% on average. I founded self-service + international for Bolt (Tipser acquistion) Built Billing ground up for a new product line collaborating with CPQ, Finance etc and eventually built Bolt’s first-ever freemium product. I liked working with the Corporate Strategy team on M&A opportunities. Won Employee Performance Awards directly from the CEO, CSO.
