As a practicum project at CMU-Africa, my colleagues and I helped BBOX-Rwanda to create a dashboard using PowerBI that would facilitate its operations in the Pay As You Go LPG metered project. The dashboard will help BBOX in tracking and visualizing the performance of sales agents that they would be sending to different targeted areas in Rwanda and thus it.

Successfully completed an internship with Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA), where I used Data Analytics skills to develop a model that predicts the reporting behavior of EBMs (Electronic Billing Machines) that improved the compliance of Taxpayers.

Before Joining Carnegie Mellon University, I worked with Vision Fund Rwanda, a Micro-Finance Company and whilst at this company I manage mobile banking services. My major role was to make sure that clients received good quality services and I worked hand in hand with Telecom companies including MTN. I trained over 1200 clients and about 200 employees in.
