As a Training Manager specializing in new hire training, my role is multifaceted, combining process development, hands-on instruction, and operational management. I am responsible for creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), as well as traveling to different locations to kickstart new training classes. In my current role, I specialize in chat communications with our customers. I am responsible for training agents and new hires on how to navigate through different customer relations management tools (CRMs) with Zendesk being our main source of communication with our customers.I am responsible for designing and implementing new SOPs and workshops that align with company goals and ensure that they are effectively integrated into the training curriculum.
