Assignment sheets reflect important factors such as if resident is a diabetic, is a DNR, wears and wander guard, uses incontinent supplies, has a special diet, and what adaptive equipment is used.  Directly responsible for scheduling in house consolations visits. o Revised number system to ensure residents are seen in based on urgency order, decreasing wait time for residents to be seen by Doctor thereby reducing resident complaints. o Making family participation in consultations a priority, informing families of upcoming visits, and setting appointments based on their availability during the time frame of the consultation visit. o Making sure residents are scheduled in correct time frame allowable by Medicare/Medicaid for specific services. Maintaining compliance with all healthcare facility, HMO and insurance requirements.
