People Operations Specialist
Current- Onboard 500+ new hires per year
- Draft, revise, and send offer letters to candidates
- Train new People Ops members on team policies and procedures
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners to ensure timely onboarding and documentation collection of new hires
- Answer employee questions regarding time off, account password resets, and onboarding information through multiple channels
- Create SOPs and an I-9 appointment online booking service for 3 states
