Managed the end-to end improvement of existing products, as well as the development of new products/features in partnership with cross-functional teams that consist of front- and backend developers and UX designers, Business Development, Finance and Marketing departments. Owned and prioritized the development roadmap for current projects and prepared and prioritised backlog items. Led the development for a new B2C FinTech mobile application to enable consumers financial inclusion in a cashless environment. Onboarded and trained Platform Partners and their staff, as well as consumers onto our applications, systems and web applications, thus enabling maximum engagement with the products on offer. Managde external stakeholder requirements and expectations and feed it back into our product anddevelopment cycle to support continuous improvement. Followed projects through the development process, including internal and external training and go-to-market rollout and onboarding.

Manage key projects such as Merchant Portal and Back Office feature and function development. Engage with stakeholders, clients as well as internal staff to trouble shoot and resolve problem areas. Work with various internal and external stakeholders, merchants and users, cross-functional design and development teams to create, refine or solve merchant and user experience in using our products and features. Manage and own Merchant Portal and Campaign Management roadmaps and co-own the Back Office roadmap. Follow the project through the development process with the development team from start to finish, including internal and external training and go-to-market rollout. Custodian and subject matter expert on Zapper's Loyalty card and Voucher product offerings. Monitor and provide continuous feedback on products to stakeholders. Help prioritise and spec out the appropriate development backlogs.
