I was Involved in the development for an architecture that provide library services to several device types with multiple operating systems.Also contributed with development of new features for PDLib’s Data Server which provides personal digital library content storage and retrieval services using Jakarta Lucene to support full-text search engine to improve performance and reduce index storage requirements. As part of my research project "Incorporation of repositories DSpace as part of architecture for personal libraries", I designed and implemented a new feature to allow interoperability with DSpace repositories, which is an open source software created by the MIT(Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to enable open sharing of content with the PDLib projects.

I handled and implemented the development of the Digital Library search engine for “Enciclomedia” program. I managed and worked closely in the effort to create a digital version of the text books of the Ministry of Education for its inclusion in the “Enciclomedia” program, which has been installed in more than 70,000 Mexican classrooms.
