My current role is a Field Training Consultant for American Dairy Queen corporation for the West and Mountain regions. I work alongside with franchisees, corporate departments, and Managers. I also assist with the in-restaurant training program for DQ, and help manage our Restaurant Training Specialists. DQ Field Training aids with Leadership development in the franchisee community. We facilitate leadership development, training specialist, and multi-unit management classes for our new and existing DQ franchisees. We also aid in the management certification requirements with all new development of the corporation, as well as existing franchisees who are expanding their companies. My previous experience includes working inside DQ restaurants for over 15 years. My ending role inside the store was General Manager and Restaurant Training Specialist, working with internal and external Crew and Manager Trainees for the corporation. I have worked and trained each position in the DQ restaurant as a GM and RTS. I am also a visual designer and creator. I am able to create unique graphic designs for digital, practical and tactile use.
