As leader of Oracle's communications global industry unit I am responsible for managing sales, strategic planning, product development, product management, consulting, service and support globally for Oracle Communications products.Prior to joining Oracle I held the role of President and Country Chairman for Vodafone Americas - responsible for the management, compliance, governance and integration of all Vodafone entities that operate in the Americas.  I joined Vodafone in 2012 as Head of Internet of Things (IoT) in the Americas to lead Vodafone’s IoT sales, strategy and operational initiatives in North and South America. In that role, I focused on the application of IoT technologies to enable creative new business models to drive growth in both established and emerging markets. Prior to joining Vodafone, I spent three years at Cable & Wireless Worldwide, where I was Managing Director of the Americas, from 2010-2013. In this position, I had overall commercial and strategic responsibility for the company’s enterprise and carrier sales, marketing, HR and service delivery operations in the region. I also managed international operations - helping to stabilize the business and scale their engagement with many of their US-based Fortune 100 customers.I’m passionate about the latest technology, innovative applications, and regulatory requirements impacting the adoption of telecommunications technologies such as 5G, cloud, and IoT.
