I have been enjoying my career for over 9 years in an international Japanese Company, where I have been generating new business through institutional relationships and Wholesale Clients in over 40 countries. Being the only foreigner in the export department, I am able to better understand the needs of our international Clients and have successfully established strong business relationships with many Companies that felt "lost" when connecting with a Japanese Company.I hold bachelor's degrees in biology and biochemistry, and I also completed a master's degree in experimental biochemistry, where I delved into topics such as gene expression and genetic engineering. Thanks to my strong scientific foundation, I had the opportunity to be involved in the management of one of the Biomedical Research Networking Centers (CIBER) under the Ministry of Science and Innovation of the Spanish Government. It was a very rewarding experience, collaborating with top national research groups focused on rare diseases. It was during this time that I started applying and managing projects in competitive calls, discovering my true passion: project management.A few years later, I transitioned to become a technology transfer project manager at the consulting firm KIM, where I managed and participated in over 30 innovation projects. I learned to conduct benchmarking, market analysis, exploitation plans, and even deliver training courses. Surrounded by top professionals and working with leading Companies, I found it easy to grow professionally.Ten years ago, I faced a difficult decision: leaving behind a dream job to come to Japan without knowing the language and unsure of my prospects in the job market, all to be with my wife. It was undoubtedly the right choice, as I am now happily married with 2 wonderful sons. Moreover, professionally, it has enriched me greatly. I have learned a new language (I work in Japanese), immersed myself in Japanese business and social culture, and have been able to develop a career in a field unrelated to my education. This experience has made me versatile, flexible, and open-minded, with a strong eagerness to take on new challenges.
