University Of Waterloo May 2021 - Jul 2021
    Waterloo, Ontario, Canada
During this visit, the main objectives were to collaborate with Prof. Lakshminarayanan on quantum logic gates research and to draft a book called ”Quantum Gates and Circuits: An Introduction.” Additionally, discussions focused on improving the fidelity of the universal CNOT gate and exploring models using atoms trapped in separate optical cavities. The collaboration resulted in the development of a new CCZ model, employing three atoms in separate cavities connected by two optical fibers in the short fiber limit. The fidelity of this new model approached unity. The research findings were published in the QIP journal.

    Visiting Researcher
University Of Waterloo Mar 2020 - May 2020
    Waterloo, Ontario, Canada
The purpose of this visit was to explore additional optimization techniques to improve the success probability of the previously proposed CNOT gate using the cloner. A compact photonic CNOT model was designed and a generalization to the 𝐶𝑛NOT gate was suggested. Additionally, an online ”Invited talk ” was given at the International Society for Optics and Photonics (SPIE) Defense + Commercial Sensing conference 2020.
  • University Of Waterloo
    Visiting Professor
University Of Waterloo Apr 2018 - Jun 2018
School Of Optometry And Vision Science
During my first visit, the main objective was to enhance my understanding of quantum gates and familiarize myself with their experimental procedures. Specifically, our focus was on optimizing the universal quantum CNOT gate using quantum dot spin in a double‑sided optical microcavity. This collaboration led to the publication of two search papers in PLA and QIP journals.
