Colaborate in this company is a challenge. Here I'm applying all my skills in several areas, not only in automation and energy efficiency but also leading some projects with relevant interest.Since managing the electrical instalation in a big factory in Mozambique till project, install and execute PLC/SCADA programs of small hydric power plants, I try to develop myself in all aspects related with the processes and people involved. The interests of this company are all around energy, automation, electrical equipments distribution and others connections in partnerships and internationalization.

Lead and develop the activity of a central electric power production based on biomass, it was a rewarding experience. With an honest and hard-working team, it was possible to create value, improve processes and identify the next steps for improving absolute. Leading the plant and all staff, to rise the levels of exploration with respect with people and the environment.All my skills oriented to the development of organization, appearing as a team leader, to step another level.

ABESA was a company as actually Blue MIND is, shared with a partner and friend. We just decided to close the company and follow different ways.

As engineer and liberal professional, I just assumed and work as my previous experience of projects management and developer of automation solutions.Industrial consultant in areas of maintenance, energy and technology integration, and teaching.

Shared (10%) with the previous bosses resulted as a natural development of the department I leaded in the main company.I assumed the management and the development of projects.

Started as an engineer alone in technical department, ended this position leading a group of 6 persons.Develop several projects in industrial automation and help thousands of costumers in maintenance and providing technical solutions for each problem, open hundreds of doors in different company's. A great school with hard work.After this years, the owners invited me to transform all department in a small company, UNIKUADROS sharing a small part of that new company with me.
