I am a senior retail real estate professional with more than 15 years of experience in property and asset management businesses in shopping centres, retail parks and offices in Southern Europe. Since Blackstone acquired Multi, I have been part of the team responsible for the financial performance and value creation of the existing assets in our portfolio in Spain and Portugal (Iberia Portfolio), including among other responsibilities:- Managing and coordinating all departments to achieve the targeted results; and- Developing and coordinating the execution of the short, medium and long term business plans of the assets (market positioning, expansion works and projects, leasing action plans and the launch of new projects).My communication skills, a highly professional and committed attitude together with a great capacity for work and performance in international team environments, have allowed me to recurrently achieve objectives, even in such challenging times as the ones we are living through, bringing trust and closeness to colleagues, clients and partners in all business areas.I sincerely believe that professional and personal spheres are closely interconnected, which is why throughout my career I have combined purely technical training with educational activities that are providing me with profound personal development.
