Theconnected equipment includes mixer, bioreactor, autoclave and so on. These equipment is belonging toMerck, Cytiva, etc.。 Developing new application for the equipment to meet customer's requirement. For example, to add Wi-Fi capability in paperless recorder via wireless bridge.。Arranging the schedule and manpower for assigned projects to satisfy customers through effectiveprocesses.。Providing new ideas or application to meet customers' need. For example, wireless bridge application.。 Evaluate opportunities and trends to find new solutions for new industry/application.。 Communicating and collaborating the business partnerships for the existing projects and developingnew networks.

Provide support to customers for programmatic and technical topics/issues.Support in-country meetings as requested by customer to discuss programmatic and technical topics and/or concerns.- Provide on-site support and guidance to customer on documents and actions submitted. - Ensure the Program Manager is updated on issues via routine communication methods (e-mail or phone).- Establish and maintain customer intimacy at all levels within respective organizations to facilitate understanding and resolution of complex program issues and provide stakeholder value proposition.- Broad understanding of customer commercial practices/processes to provide suggestions accordingly.- Maintain detailed records of the program and technical issues, actions, resolutions and customer discussions related to in-country activities and provide weekly status reports to program office and technical team.- Coordinate technical discussions between customer and US based technical team. Support technical discussions with customer when US based engineers are not available.
