I am a focused, committed, and result–oriented person with 9 years of experience working with MSMEs. 5 years of which is in a Commercial Bank and 2 years as a part-time trainer (Consultant) of MSMEs under a German NGO which specializes in Financial literacy. Currently working for a development organization in the capacity of Access to Finance Coordinator after working as a District Coordinator.I have Agribusiness experience in direct promotion/marketing, cross-selling, client acquisition, portfolio management, credit analysis, business analysis and assessment, risk management, and team management. I am also a trainer in Farmers Business Simulation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Sales & Marketing. My education background includes a bachelor's degree in Agriculture, a Diploma in Business Management, certificates in Agricultural Value Chains, CRM, Sales & Marketing, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst. Currently, I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Lusaka.
