Can you describe a typical American traveleryoung travellers are usually motivated people who are interested into knowing something different from their culture. They usually have a great knowledge of their own, hoverer, sometimes they may not have very big knowledge of the culture they are visiting. They could be shy at the time, but they interact usually with pleasure once they get their confidence going.I met some sensitive people who really surprised on how mature they could be in their young age.What's your philosophy as a tour leader?My TD philosophy is the LEAP! Which I "stole" from my current occupation (Worldstripes International).Having also had experience in a Montessori school I would say that the motivation and the stimulation of various area of intelligences represent the main aim of one of my tours.Still bearing in mind that Learning = Fun!What do you think a traveler should get out of the trip?Definitely, a life time experience. Something different that stay and change their prospective expanding the way the see the world.I believe it is important to reach traveller in a special level. They should go back home not being able to stop talking about how great their experience was....
