As an Associate, I handled all types of immigration-related applications from work visas to permanent residence applications. I was assigned to handle our highest-priced service, Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA) applications. As a result, LMIA applications grew by 40% and the approval rate by 10%, thereby generating over $200K of additional revenue. Through our successful service delivery, we established strong relationships with individual clients and SMEs (employers who do the LMIAs) and over 95% of clients have completed more than 1 application type with us. I worked in collaboration with the Director to build the English learning curriculum from the ground up and operated as the de facto Office Administrator as I mainly procured all of the centre's supplies (electronics, wiring, networking, advertising, furniture, and signage). I taught personalized lessons to students and helped them improve their CELPIP test scores.
