Overseeing Global Customer activities: Customer Success, Delivery Services and Technical Support

Responsible for Quali's Global Customer Success team, ensuring that Quali's customers achieve a powerful return on investment using Quali’s Cloud-Agnostic, Infrastructure Automation software deployments.

Responsible for Global post-sales technical operations including Product Deployment, Customer Services, Training and Documentation

Responsible for Release Management, Customer Support and Training & Documentation

• Responsibility for executing Evogene's Programs, overseeing both Project and Customer Management, totaling $15M in yearly budget and ~100 people.• Recruiting and managing a team of Project Managers (PhDs in Biology), and legal advisor to manage Evogene’s project to meet project goals according to work plans and contractual obligation.• Implementation of Project Management methodologies, such as Planning & Control, Risk Management, License Management etc.• Managing Projects resources/teams in matrix management to support multiple customer programs.

Responsibility for RADiFlow's ongoing activities including product planning, development, testing, production, and delivery to customers. Includes managing activity of internal personnel, sub-contractors, partner companies and manufacturing sites

• Leading planning, development and integration of Carrier Ethernet systems, with corporate partners and joint ventures with other telecommunication corporations worldwide.• Project management including managing activities of up to 10 development and testing teams (SW, FPGA, HW, Integration and testing teams - locally and offshore) with overall 70 people.• In Joint Venture work responsible for defining and implementing joint plans and clear technical and management interfaces, achieving good personal relations and collaboration between all teams.• Maintaining excellent working relations with all project peers: Product Marketing, Verifications teams, Operations and Technical Support teams.• Taking a very proactive role in defining and implementing project development processes from design till verification and implementation of R&D management matrix – Waterfall and Agile development methods.

• Leading a group of 35 SW and integration engineers in an intense project – defining an organizational structure to meet project needs and retain all team members during the tense period.• Leading a quality improvement project under stringent conditions and requirements, while setting objectives for both re-design tasks and bug fixing activities.• Direct management of Project Managers, SW and Integration Managers and matrix management of HW, FPGA, and System Engineering teams.

• Leading a development team implementing MPLS protocols as part of a distributed architecture MPLS Switch. • The work included leading OO Design of full system architecture from management to HW programming• Recruited and managed team of 4 engineers.

• Part of a development team working on ATM Routing protocols. Development of C++ OO packages in an ATM access switch.• Leading release integration activity for a major product release
