At DaVita, I addressed clients' hardware and software issues via telephone and LANDesk remote control in a high-pressure help desk environment. My role involved guiding users through updates, logging interactions in BMC Remedy, and managing user accounts through Active Directory. I also oriented new hires, troubleshot Microsoft Office and Windows XP issues, and supported healthcare professionals with clinical applications.

As a Sales Associate in the photo lab at Target, I provided exceptional customer service, assisting with photo orders and prints. I operated and maintained photo lab equipment, managed inventory, and ensured the photo lab area was organized and clean. Additionally, I assisted customers with purchasing decisions, processed transactions, and collaborated with team members to meet sales targets.
