Providing user-centric insights, which lead to a product strategy for an ongoing mobile app that brought clients $1.2M in revenue.- I work in agile environment and I facilitate the connection, between the stakeholders visions and wishes to the developers actionable items. - For multiple clients I'm the sole responsible for the design system, the wireframing, the prototyping process and user testing, resulting in a significant reduction in post-launch development costs.- I hold successful kick-off meetings and discovery phases by collaborating closely with stakeholders, ensuring project alignment and clear communication.

I received the challenge of being the product face and voice inside the company. Along side my responsibilities as a product designer, I also played a role as a product manager, visualizing a the future of your product and evaluating your perfomance.As a product designer:- I lead user researches, that helped me map out 3 user journeys and define 2 personas. Those insights lead to a 15% reduction in cost and 30% growth in new clients.- I lead workshops with the main stakeholders, that helped bring more knowledge about our product for the rest of the team and also bringing other people know-how to better develop our solutions. Making if for a more unified and consistent understanding of our product.- I designed an entirely B2B2C marketplace experience from scratch for the app. Which increased our clients and our internal sales in 27%. - I designed an integrated ecosystem that connected the tutors app with the vet ERP, allowing the users to have a direct point of access to various informations about their pet status and health.- I also worked for a completely new app-redesign based on our discoveries for the user journey.As a product lead:- I lead a group of 2 designers. - Created plans in conjunction with the CEO and allocated tasks to our team.- Defined success metrics for design and product.- Developed alongside other stakeholders a comprehensive Roadmap of the future of the product and business.
