From Nelson Mandela, I learned that real leadership means helping others succeed from behind, letting them shine while quietly directing them toward success. Simon Sinek showed me that leadership is about building trust and caring for the people you lead. Mahatma Gandhi demonstrated the power of leading by example with honesty and moral courage.In my professional life, I try to follow these principles by encouraging teamwork, helping others do their best, and leading with empathy and purpose.
