I organize and plan company events or private events for groups, consisting of 10 persons or more, in different cities throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. I maintain the customer contact and the contact with the needed suppliers. My tasks consist of the following: Producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, staffing and budgets), agreeing to and managing a budget, securing and booking a suitable venue or location and occasionally coordinate venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire.
