Since 2015 I have been in retail management as a Merchandise and Inventory Leader for one of the top pet care needs chain stores, and recently joined Rite Aid as a Manager. My education and work experience have given me the flexibility to work between retail and hospitals. My roles constantly have me working behind the scenes to make sure sales are up, thefts are low and quotas are met. On the scene I interact with customers to make sure we are meeting their needs. My prior roles in billing at hospitals such as Nyack Hospital, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and New York Presbyterian, educated me in the financial and customer service aspects needed in all companies.
