CurrentWork closely with the Macy's Dadeland and Aventura store team for the Marc by Marc Jacobs brand in handbags and jewelry. Ensure new product is staged on the selling floor, coordinate flow and product placement of daily merchandise receipts, execute markdowns, and flow of goods are in stores on a timely basis. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly store reports to the company. Monitor sales and performance on a daily basis. Partner with store, visual and planning team to maximize assortment, visual presentation and sales. Provide training and product knowledge meetings to all associates in stores on an ongoing basis.Achieved Sales plan for Year 2010 by over 5% in Aventura and 18% in Dadeland. Aventura ranked #2 and Dadeland ranked #5 in sales Fall 2010 season across all stores.
