I am a licensed mental health therapist in NC, providing individual, couples, and family counseling to folx ages 12 years old and up. Licensed to provide therapy across the state of NC. I have been licensed since 2007 and specialize in Borderline Personality Disorder, trauma-informed care, mood disorders, eating disorder recovery, womens' issues, and parenting. I am also comfortable discussing issues that people from marginalized communities face such as discrimination and microaggressions as I also have personal experience with these issues.
