My major in Public Management and Leadership has equipped me with the skills and knowledge essential for a career in Government Affairs.My current position is in a role as a Front Desk Associate at TownePlace Suites in Bloomington, IN, where I honed my customer service and problem-solving skills. I'm proud to have consistently resolved over 95% of guest complaints within 24 hours, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and minimizing negative reviews. I've also had the privilege of leading individual training programs for new front desk agents, fostering their confidence and independence.My professional journey began at Menards in Valparaiso, IN, where I served as a 1st Assistant Front End Manager and a Head Cashier. These roles allowed me to streamline daily operations, supervise teams, and manage accounts payable and receivable. My commitment to proactive communication reduced shopper concerns and contributed to an improved shopping experience.I had the honor of being a Team Co-Leader in the K201 Case Competition at Indiana University, where our team proposed innovative strategies for ALDI to expand its shopper base and improve its carbon footprint. Our outstanding performance earned us a place among the top three teams out of 2000 students.My interests extend beyond the workplace. I'm passionate about travel and proficient in Microsoft Office.
