Responsible for strategy transformation programmes at Oil and Gas companies

•Oversight and P&L accountability of all ETRM deliveries across North America and Europe•Working closely with all existing Energy Trading customers on Consulting assignments•Defining and refining service catalogue based on the range of experience in the organization•Having discussions with large marquee prospects on providing mutual value and establishing long term relationship•Reviewing and editing whitepapers and internal journals related to Energy Trading•Responding to RFX on energy trading and risk management pursuits•Working with leading ETRM product vendors to establish alliances and working relationships•Recruiting consultants at all levels by evaluating skill sets against organizational requirements•Career management and performance evaluation of consultants in the practice•Building competency development framework and training philosophy for business analysts and domain consultants

Manage the ETLRM practice. Activities include1. Setting up alliance with ETRM product vendors2. Hiring industry consultants for the practice3. Develop services and solutions related to energy trading 4. Create new market penetration strategies

•Develop Project Plan and Re-prioritize project activities in case of any deviations•Manage Project Stakeholders, project team, risk and schedule•Manage business requirement planning and user workshops•Plan and Moderate the discussions with technology, business and other stakeholders•Provide status reports to project sponsor on the project health•Conduct risk checks against planned mitigation steps•Manage the project team (internal and external resources) and external suppliers•Report on the progress of the detailed plan, milestone plan•Manage Project’s budget•Track Project risk and issues•Lead project meetings and daily stand-ups•Senior stakeholder management and liaison with business teams•Implementation and cutover plan as well as post go live support

Responsible for defining the Gas Nominations process based on the Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement and the Aggregator Agreement with SLNG. Also involved in defining the invoicing process and the LNG purchase from the Trading arm at BG Group.
