Early ACL injury stopped my semi-professional football dream but created my passion and career focus in orthopedics. After graduating in Applied Sport Science (Human Performance) from The University of Salford in 2011 I then went on to complete a Masters by Research at The University of Gloucestershire in 2011/2012. The project I completed was funded by UEFA in the area surrounding knee injuries in female youth football players and the findings and implication were fully supported by the funding panel at UEFA. My education background and intricate knowledge on knee anatomy and physiology, kinesiology and biomechanics has lead to a career in orthopedics. I have specialized in large joints and technology, forever striving to improve patient outcomes with innovative solutions.
