- Acts as an Area Product Owner counterpart of our client and assists Regional Product Owner in end-to-end tracking, build assessment, strategizing, sprint planning, and preparation of reports to upper management and stakeholders- Organizes, schedules, and leads regular cadence with vendor, quick huddles for issue resolution - Leads and decides in behalf of client APO and RPO during meetings, and ensure timely escalation of issues to manage risks- Manages the vendor and internal cross-functional team in processing necessary site pre-requisites, documents, tickets, approvals, etc. for site expansion activities- Liaises with internal groups to resolve issues or concerns- Practices Agile methodology and ceremonies (daily standup meeting, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective)

- Conducted acceptance tests (HAT, SAT, iSAT, TUAT) with vendors and other involved internal Globe group representatives- Performed testbed health check or performance report generations, services testing (Patch upgrades, regressions, etc.)- Supported activities (troubleshooting, PAM enrolment, etc.)

- Acted as project coordinator and assisted the Project Manager in end-to-end tracking, build assessment and planning, and preparation of data and reports to upper management and stakeholders- Organized and lead cadence with contractors- Ensured alignment between different groups or domains and contractors- Coordinated with different groups for updates and processing of documents, activity schedules, and activity status- Provided immediate support to contractors and other domains to meet targets- Lead and made decisions in behalf of project manager in meetings, and made escalation to upper management as needed- Coordinated and monitored pre-requisite activities of our deliverables- Processed necessary documents (e.g., site access permit, change request)
