As the Executive Assistant for Navajo Power, I am supporting the CEO and the team on managing their calendars and scheduling internal and external meetings. I am also responsible for coordinating logistics for conferences and events and travel. I am also supporting the Navajo Power team in finding new ways to manage project information and coordinate stakeholder outreach for solar and storage projects on native lands. My main role will be to manage project information, create efficient streams of communication (internally and externally), and help the team do what they do best, while I take care of the rest.

As a continuation of my role at the Nature Conservancy, I continued to work on the Power of Place West Indigenous Perspectives on Climate and Energy report as a consultant. I set up meetings and interviews with tribal energy agencies and other relevant stakeholders working in tribal energy issues. I managed the 7skyline and TNC team to write and create content for the report based information we gathered from the interviews.

During my time at the Nature Conservancy, I focused on energy issues with a focus on land conservation. I cultivated strategic partnerships and facilitated international policy strategies with our country programs to meet their energy and conservation goals. I also coordinated workshops, meetings, and events with key stakeholders at multiple international fora. I managed internal TNC projects such as the Policy Online Training to articulate policy work across TNC, and the Renewable Energy Community of Practice, which seeks to bring TNC practitioners on renewable energy to share knowledge and experiences.
