I began my career as a waiter at Beano's Cafe, where I quickly developed a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Through hard work and dedication, I was promoted to shift leader, where I learned valuable leadership skills and honed my ability to manage a team. As a trainer, I had the opportunity to share my expertise with new employees and help them develop their own skills.
