As a Bar Manager at Kempinski Hotels, I am responsible for overseeing the operations of three outlets: a fusion Italian and Japanese restaurant, a cigar bar and lounge, and a lobby bar and lounge. I lead a team of 25 staff members, ensuring that they deliver excellent customer service, adhere to quality standards, and follow safety and hygiene protocols.With more than 3 years of experience in this role, I have developed strong skills in hospitality, food and beverage, and customer-focused service. I have also contributed to the opening of several venues, such as Le Meridien Cairo Airport and Tonino Lamborghini Restaurants in Kuwait, where I helped design the menus, train the staff, and promote the brands. My mission is to create memorable and satisfying experiences for guests, while maximizing the profitability and efficiency of the outlets.
