Major Responsibilities:- Responsible for the factory operation results.- Leading production and maintenance to achieve the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) through success factor system. - Managing and maintaining the company assets; buildings, production equipment and utilities equipment (Trucks, Transformers, Boilers, and Compressors). - Leading operation team, 2 section heads, 11 engineers and 170 technicians (Operation and Maintenance Technicians).- Responsible for developing the automation project in the plant.- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.- Managing and controlling the production and maintenance Budget.- Implementing the TQM (Total Quality Management) project.- Implementing MRP (Material Requirements Planning) for spare parts on the SAP system. - Managing the execution of all floor projects. - Leading operation team in 3 sites in WITRON system.- Owning the machines capacity improvement initiatives.Key Achievements:- Improve all machines capacity (Productivity, speeds 10% and reduce technical downtime 1%)- Reduce total factory waste with 0.22%- Succeeded to implement a project for modifying machines design which improves the machines’ performance.- Improve safety culture in Cepack factory.- Improve product quality which directly reduces the factory product returns by 0.5%- Achieved planned budget 100 %- Leading Cepack team to pass BRC (British Retail Consortium) food and safety certificate with high grade.- Optimum utilization for the factory utilities.
