Cost Control Description:Annual operations Plan (AOP) including forecasting and actuals for income and costs. Percentage of Completion (POC). Management sheets (MS) for projects consisting of forecast, actual, ETC and EAT.Non-project and projects hours cost.Closing actuals such as design & site income, indirect & Direct costs, Management Overheads (MOH) with accounting department.Approval and data gathering of outsource payments with their contracts .Approval of Order to pays while checking their monthly assigned budget.Planning Description:Gathering data such as WBS, activities duration for each project from PMs.Ability to produce the project plan baseline for either client plan or internal plan on Primavera P6 software.Updating the baseline as the project progresses to compare the actual to the baseline plan.Preparing and updating the master plan (Contains all project conflicts) to management division Head.
