Membership promotion committee is assisting the Chairperson of Internal Relations in promoting IPSF to non-membership associations and to discuss together better ways of promoting or extending IPSF membership to non-membership countries. It is also the responsibility of the MPC to contact pharmacy and pharmaceutical students, encourage and guide them in the creation student leadership structures where such do not exist.

The Membership Coordinator works under the direction of the Chairperson of Internal Relations, and is a co-opted member of the Membership Promotion Committee (MPC). They work fairly independently to assist the Chairperson of Internal Relations in directing the work of the MPC and taking care of existing members.The Membership Coordinator main responsibility is to manage the membership@ipsf.org email account and field general IPSF questions, also work closely with the Treasurer to process Individual Membership and Friend of the Federation applications, Verifying membership for attendance to events by providing Confirmation Letters required for registration, Also maintaining and developing contact databases for Individual Members, Friends of the Federation, Honorary Life Members, and Alumni.

1- Responsible for maintaining communication and building good relations with EPSF external partners.2. Responsible for maintaining communication with EPSF member associations to ensure their stability, activity and they are satisfied with what EPSF has to offer.3. Promoting the Federation and its activities to non-member associations and maintaining communication with associations interested in joining the Federation.4. Updating information lists of local associations’ public relations Chairpersons.5. Help local associations in managing their internal problems.6. Responsible for securing media coverage for all EPSF events by maintaining Communication with all Media Channels in Egypt.
