As Power Plant Engineering Manager at Petroleum Air Services (PAS), I oversee the maintenance, performance, and safety of the power plant systems for a fleet of aircrafts. I have more than 13 years of experience in the aviation and airline industry, especially for Dash-8 Q300 and CRJ-900 with a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management.My core competencies include developing and analyzing maintenance data, reviewing and issuing engineering orders, performing engine condition trend monitoring, tracking and controlling parts and inspections, and providing technical support to the maintenance department. I hold a certification in aircraft maintenance and planning from the Arab Air Carriers Organization, and a master's degree in mechanical power engineering from Ain Shams University. I also have completed postgraduate courses and training in project management, crew resource management, and effective communication skills.My mission is to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of the power plant systems, while complying with the highest standards of quality and safety. I enjoy working with a team of dedicated and professional engineers, technicians, and pilots, and learning from their expertise and feedback.
