I also collaborate with external stakeholders, such as suppliers, contractors, customers, and regulators, to establish and maintain strong relationships, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues. Some of the achievements that I am proud of include securing a large contract with a major B2B food and beverage provider, agriculture crops exporter, launching a new online training platform, and implementing a quality management system.
