• Developing and maintaining international customer profiles covering logistics, compliance, documentation, and related customer requirements in Agricultures products.• Reviewing export contracts and communicating with other teams if there are any clauses that need to be amended.• Working on finalizing documentation processes (creating logistics drafts, receiving drafts of other financial documents from the finance team or the export team) and ensures that the final original documents are issued correctly and match the confirmed drafts and the letter of credit

• Identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts.• Analyze all market intelligence reports and identify all new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient portfolio for same.• Collaborate with marketing departments to analyze all market activities and manage all communication with technical departments and perform various tests in products and ensure optimal quality of all products and design all export market rules and regulations to mitigate all risks.

• Preparing international market studies to identify target markets.• making sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers.• Coordinating with the marketing and sourcing department to establish an efficient export classification and prepare tariff schedules.• Check and negotiate letters of credit with relevant banks.• Coordinating with sales/service and other functional areas to resolve customer problems in a timely manner.
